Aroma Touch Technique was created by Dr. David Hill. Eight Certified-Pure Therapeutic-Grade Essential Oils and oil blends are used, which have demonstrated a profound effect on four conditions:
- Increased toxin levels
- Autonomic nervous system
These conditions constantly challenge the ability of the body’s system to function optimally. This technique is the best in engaging the body to connect; a total lift of well being. You can balance and strengthen your body once a week, twice a month, or every 4 weeks. If you have cancer, Dr. Hill recommends it everyday!
"This is not your typical basic massage with a drop or two of oil. Bernadette used a variety of medicinal quality oils that were not overwhelming, but targeted for healing my specific concerns. I felt she was very intutitive and had a caring approach unlike any other healing massage I have experienced. I felt feeling euphoric. You have to experience it to truly understand." --Toni G.
This Technique is enhanced via the Zyto Compass Digital Hand Scanner Technology, to provide you a computerized energy body reading. This “biocommunication” produces a measurement and analysis to give you valuable insights into your health. It also reveals which Essential Oils you might use to create more balance and wellness. Let your body give you a second opinion!

|Hot Stone Massage||Hot Stone Massage is a very therapeutic massage therapy involving the use of hot stones. These stones can be used to eliminate muscle pain, tension and stress. They can enhance the massage and give a sense of deep relaxation.|
The stones are heated prior to the massages and used with massage oil on key points of the body, as well as with massage strokes. Once placed on the body the direct heat relaxes muscles, allowing manipulation of a greater intensity than with a regular massage.

The facial system is an interconnected web of tissue that gives support and structure to our bodies. It can be negatively impacted by repeated motion, trauma and the stress and strain of everyday life. Through accessing this key body system, old patterns of being stuck are released allowing for greater flexibility and movement.

|Thai Yoga Massage || |
Also called “Lazy Man’s Yoga” or “Ancient Massage,” this dynamic healing therapy has its roots in Thailand's traditional medicine system. It is a holistic practice, meant to restore balance of body, mind, energy, and spirit.
Some people experience Thai Yoga Bodywork as a "passive yoga session" where they can stay in a relaxed muscle state as they experience deep stretching and opening with little effort. The practice incorporates therapeutic touch, "energy work" similar to acupressure, yoga-like stretching, mindful breathing, and relaxation to balance and clear your energy, your body and mind.
- Relieve tension in muscles and joints
- Lengthen muscles to improve flexibility
- Balance the "energetic body"
- Enhance and complement your yoga practice
- Massage and tone internal organs
- Improve digestion
- Help you relax –increase feelings of peacefulness and wellbeing.
This modality is excellent for athletes looking to increase flexibility and maintain structural integrity, as well as for individuals who are seeking a comprehensive full-body treatment that relieves muscular tension and balances the body energetically.
Thai Yoga Bodywork is performed on a thick mat on the floor, with the client remaining clothed. No oils or creams are used. Please wear comfortable yoga clothing for your massage. It takes 90 minutes to complete a full therapeutic session.
