Zyto Compass

Body Analysis

& Report

Aroma Touch Technique was created by Dr. David Hill. Eight Certified-Pure Therapeutic-Grade Essential Oils and oil blends are used, which have demonstrated a profound effect on four conditions:

  •  Stress
  • Increased toxin levels
  • Inflammation
  • Autonomic nervous system

These conditions constantly challenge the ability of the body’s system to function optimally. This technique is the best in engaging the body to connect; a total lift of well being. You can balance and strengthen your body once a week, twice a month, or every 4 weeks. If you have cancer, Dr. Hill recommends it everyday!

"This is not your typical basic massage with a drop or two of oil. Bernadette used a variety of medicinal quality oils that were not overwhelming, but targeted for healing my specific concerns. I felt she was very intutitive and had a caring approach unlike any other healing massage I have experienced. I felt feeling euphoric. You have to experience it to truly understand." --Toni G.

This Technique is enhanced via the Zyto Compass Digital Hand Scanner Technology, to provide you a computerized energy body reading. This “biocommunication” produces a measurement and analysis to give you valuable insights into your health. It also reveals which Essential Oils you might use to create more balance and wellness. Let your body give you a second opinion!

Deep Tissue Massage

Aimed at the deeper tissue structures of the muscle & fascia, Deep Tissue Massage uses many of the same techniques as Swedish Massage, but the pressure will generally be more intense.  Administered in conjunction with other bodywork therapies, such as Sports Massage & Neuromuscular Therapy, Deep Tissue relieves chronic muscle tension and breaks up connective tissue adhesions.  Great for alleviating tension & pain due to overuse, injury, poor posture, stress, etc.

Therapeutic Sports Massage

Designed to enhance athletic performance and recovery, Sports Massage combines Swedish, Deep Tissue & Neuromuscular techniques with cross-fibering, compression, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage and other methods to maximize the supply of nutrients and oxygen in the bloodstream while enhancing elimination of the metabolic by-products of exercise.  More and more professional and amateur athletes are finding massage to be a critical component of their training program. There are three contexts in which Sports Massage can be useful to an athlete: Pre-event, Post-Event and General Maintenance/Injury Treatment and Prevention.  Regular massages can greatly reduce the chance of injury, increase range of motion, speed recovery time and enhance the mind-body connection, all allowing for improved power and performance.

Swedish Massage

This classic form of massage uses strokes of various pressure and a variety of techniques to lengthen muscle tissue; relieve pain from tight, cramped muscles; ease restricted areas; and stimulate circulation. This is the most basic form of  massage, recommended for those new to massage or those wanting tension release and relaxation from their session. Swedish Massage:

  • Reduces pain in shoulders, neck and back.
  • Relieves soreness and stiffness.
  • Helps remove toxic metabolic waste products
  • Boosts immunity and sense of well-being
  • Refreshes mental and physical fatigue
  • Improves digestion and elimination.

The deep relaxation helps your body to heal and act more efficiently.

Cranio-Sacral Therapy

Our bodies are 87% water, so connecting to the fluid body is very beneficial.  CST is a gentle, light touch technique that can be performed with the client clothed.  The pressure is minimal and the client is ushered into deep states of relaxation and release.

Hot Stone Massage

Hot Stone Massage is a very therapeutic massage therapy involving the use of hot stones. These stones can be used to eliminate muscle pain, tension and stress. They can enhance the massage and give a sense of deep relaxation.

The stones are heated prior to the massages and used with massage oil on key points of the body, as well as with massage strokes. Once placed on the body  the direct heat relaxes muscles, allowing manipulation of a greater intensity than with a regular massage.

Myofascial Release

The facial system is an interconnected web of tissue that gives support and structure to our bodies.  It can be negatively impacted by repeated motion, trauma and the stress and strain of everyday life.  Through accessing this key body system, old patterns of being stuck are released allowing for greater flexibility and movement.

Thai Yoga Massage

Also called “Lazy Man’s Yoga” or “Ancient Massage,” this dynamic healing therapy has its roots in Thailand's traditional medicine system.  It is a holistic practice, meant to restore balance of body, mind, energy, and spirit.

Some people experience Thai Yoga Bodywork as a "passive yoga session" where they can stay in a relaxed muscle state as they experience deep stretching and opening with little effort.  The practice incorporates therapeutic touch, "energy work" similar to acupressure, yoga-like stretching, mindful breathing, and relaxation to balance and clear your energy, your body and mind.

Benefits include:

  • Relieve tension in muscles and joints
  • Lengthen muscles to improve flexibility
  • Balance the "energetic body"
  • Enhance and complement your yoga practice
  • Massage and tone internal organs
  • Improve digestion
  • Help you relax –increase feelings of peacefulness and wellbeing.

This modality is excellent for athletes looking to increase flexibility and maintain structural integrity, as well as for individuals who are seeking a comprehensive full-body treatment that relieves muscular tension and balances the body energetically.

Thai Yoga Bodywork is performed on a thick mat on the floor, with the client remaining clothed.  No oils or creams are used. Please wear comfortable yoga clothing for your massage. It takes 90 minutes to complete a full therapeutic session.

60, 75 or 90-Minute Sessions Available

Foot Reflexology is the most effective form, practiced widely throughout Asia today.  Pressure can vary from gentle to intense, depending on the client’s experience level and preference.
