Most classes in Dream Yoga's Summer session come to an end on Saturday, Sept 3 (but the last Good Moring! Yoga class is Sept 7 at 7:30 AM.

September is a month of transition, as summer gives way to fall. The bright days of the summer start to become a fading memory, even as the leaves of trees change into the beautiful autumn colors of red, yellow and bright orange.
This is a wonderful time to start reflecting and planning your journey to better health this fall. Dream’s Fall Schedule of classes, Mini-Courses and Workshops offers you a host of enriching experiences to support you in your efforts.
